Perhaps, your a/c units are similar to mine……Frigidaire FAX052P7A 5K Btu, 5.2 Amps or 624 Watts, with approx. 3(624 watts) = 1,872 Watts or 15.6 Amps Surge. Thus, Honda EU2000 would be minimum to run a/c "off-grid". So perhaps, the larger Honda (red) / Yamaha (blue color) / Kipor Sinemaster (? color) would be more accommodating to our "boondocking" applications.
