We camped here this past May, just before memorial day.  The name of the place says it all…"resort".  It's a place that offers everything, you just bring your own room.  There are four pools, three out and one in, two of which are heated.  There's a gorgeous dog park, a disc golf course, horseshoe pits, bike park with pump track, rec hall, pavillion, you name it.  The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful.  From the minute you drive in they are doing everything they can to make your stay easy.  There's a little fishing pond that's just perfect for the kids, and if you feel like you need to get back to nature a little bit, the F.Gilbert Hills state forest is just down the road.  Also just down the road is Patriot Place, where they have a Bass Pro Shop and lots of other places to spend your money.  This place isn't about wilderness, but then it doesn't pretend to be either.  Bring the family and friends and whoop it up.  We did, and it was a good time.
