here is a link to a how to on making these, there are infinite possabilities on meat types, fillings wrapped in bacon or proscutto or unwrapped. I make these ahead of time and freeze them in tight rolled foil and store them in fridge to thaw and cook on medium heat 350 on warming rack of BBQ with drip pan under it.
