-Brie and Garlic Jam crackers
Wrap a full head of jumbo garlic in tinfoil after drizzling with olive oil, let sit on the campfire for about 45 minutes.
Wrap a round of brie cheese in tin foil, put on fire to get warm and gooey.
Take a cracker and slab a clove of the garlic on it, put a teaspoon of brie, a teaspoon of raspberry jam, and devour.
-Roasted Veggie hobo packs
Dice up asparagus, zuchinni, onions, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes (insert veggie here). You can either parboil at home beforehand, or just allow longer cooking times.
Place in aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and pepper, basil and a bit of oregano. Also use a pinch of Cumin (trust me).
Cook on the fire, rotating every few minutes for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
-Bacon wrapped olives
Buy green olives with almond slices instead of pimento. Wrap with bacon, cook over fire (I use tin foil or racks), drizzle with maple syrup. Devour.
