I agree, to you it may be a traditional recipe used for years but some of us are new at the camping thing and can use the info!

I just got my pie iron last weekend after seeing my fellow camper make a delicious looking tortilla filled chicken, cheese,sour cream quesa in the pie iron. I didnt get a chance to taste it but it looked so golden brown crispy melty inside I had to run out and buy one. Cant wait to use it. Theres a whole website devoted to pie iron cooking.I guess you can get the pie irons either in cast iron or aluminum. I got mine at walmart for around 10 bucks.
