Take pita bread, spread sauce, cheese and favorite ingredients on it. Place on BBQ rack until bread is toasted brown and cheese is melted. Simple but delicious.

I don't have an oven in my 16bh, but wonder if they sell some sort of crisper type thing you can use with a microwave oven. You know, like the ones that come with the mama celeste pizzas.

I dont have an oven either, just fired up my portable bbq and threw them right on the grill.

I don't have an oven in my ice fishing wheelhouse, so I prepare small pizzas in a skillette, with cover over the propane stove top. However, risky business that I don't scorch the crust too much.

I almost forgot that I've got a dutch oven I plan on traveling with. I think I ought to be able to make em with that.
