I don't normally use an electric skillet, but some of my regular skillet dinners would probably work.
Last time camping I made a hash – diced onion, potato and cooked roast (I used left over prime rib ) – cooked the onion in a little olive oil, added potatoes and some water – cooked until the potatoes were almost soft, added the roast. I like ketchup in mine, so added just before done.
I make a quick spaghetti sauce in the skillet. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic with salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and thyme to taste. Serve over spaghetti.
Brown ground beef, garlic, onion, add mushrooms and a can of golden cream of mushroom and milk. Let it cook down and right before serving, add sour cream – like a stroganoff. Serve over noodles.
