Hey there. I noticed a leak in my 16bh right above the wardrobe. Water drips out the TV cable outlet. I got out the ladder & noticed an split in the caulk (about 2 inches) on the roof. It is just above the door along the edge of the roof & directly above where the outlet is on the inside. I am figuring this is the problem, so how do I fix it? Take it to the dealer or can I do it?
Thanks

If your unit is under warranty, I would let them repair. If not, Dicor is a rather easy product that should repair this problem. All you need is a caulk gun. A photo might help assist with the fix. Make sure all is dry before sealing.

This may have been assumed….but just in case someone may not know, it's probably not silicone based caulk that cracked initially causing the leak. Most likely it's self-leveling Dicor sealant like this, which does a much better job of sealing for the long-term. Great advice to clean off the old before putting on the new.
