We have been there too. as a matter of fact we were just talking about biking through "clarity tunnel" on the caprock canyon rails to trail way.  i use quotes because we laughingly call it " bat   s##T tunnel". there are zilliions of bats living in there and we road though during a wet season and bike tires suffered a horrible fate since the floor of  the tunnel is covered (talking a foot deep) with bat droppings. man what a mess!  but i agree its all beautiful!  we have several thousand pictures and i did not want to overwhelm so i just put pics of signs that i had. (from now on, i will make a point of always getting a campground sign at least)

we are starting out sat. on our next big deal, we will be doing I40 to gallop nm. then deciding (basicly the weather will decide for us) to go toward Page az. moab utah or the white sands nm area, or who knows, as long as we make it back by the 16th….
