I'm doing some more mods to my 16BH.  I found some Sterlite tote bins that fit perfectly crosswise in the storage under the dinette seat.  And I installed a ClosetMaid 2-drawer pull out in one of the pantry shelves to be able to better access the cans and boxes of stuff.  I will try to get pics later and post them tonight.

First I want to apologize for the bad quality of the pics – taken with my phone.

In addition to the storage solutions, I also added the backsplash around the stove and sink that several others here have added – got it at Home Depot.  I think it adds another retro touch to the little trailer.

And now on to the storage in the pantry.  I used a Closet-Maid pull-out drawers on two shelves of the pantry.  One was a double drawer and the other a single drawer.
