I installed my weight distribution mechenism to the TT A frame today. It required relocatong the propane tank for clearance. I placed the tank cradle on top of the frame using 1/4″ rivits. I then braced the tank to the tongue jack with a 2″ muffler clamp and a small L bracket. I couldn't get the desired torque from the wing nut so I welded a nut inside a peice of conduit and made a T handle. I also placed a nut and washer on the strap bolt between the straps for the industial wing nut to tighten against. The photos are suppose to be thumbnails and enlargeable, if not I would be happy to Email them or post them on Teaspoons community site.

For those whos posts seem to get cut off, an easy way to read the entire post is to copy and paste into notebook, there you can read the entire post.

Chuck please feel free to post those picutres on the flickr page of the group. Im sure it would be invaluble information and should be archived.

Information such as this would be good to not get lost in the forum. That is why other forums have what they call "stickys" where the information is always listed on top and at easy accesss.

But until we get another forum I will try and find work arounds in the meantime.
