Anyone figure out how to remove the faucet on the 16BH bathtub? The cupboard and furnace are on the other side of the wall. I would love to be able to replace the stock one with one that has a little longer neck to minimize the splashing and water runoff on to the floor that a lot of us seem to have experienced.

I have the same problem with my new unit. This issue is on my list of items to address with the dealer when we take the unit in for service afterThanksgiving because the fridge doesn't cool.

KZ sent our dealer a new tub faucett fixture. It looks like the same one that was originally in the unit but when turned on, the water comes out at a different angle – arcs more and thus goes in the tub instead of splashing on the edge of the tub. Poor explaination, I know – but hope you get the picture.

Thanks – I have a faucet with a longer neck but couldn't figure out how to access the fittings for the water lines. Maybe I will contact my dealer.
