Can I leave the battery connected when charging battery with house hold charger
|
2005 jeep grand cherokee 4.7 laredo with tow package towing a 2011 sportsman classic 16bh using a wdh and swaybar combo.

Let me clarify not the camper charger but a larger portable one a 6 amp
|

I always disconnect my battery and remove it when I am going to charge it. If it has cell caps I remove those as well as it charges. Usually I put the battery in an open setting (and never on concrete) so the fumes and the bubbling dont come in contact with anything. Perhaps it not neccessary but I feel safer doing so.

That doesn't sound right. Our 2010 14RK came with a WFCO 35A converter/charger. That is 6x larger than a portable 6A.
