Got my 2012 19BH last august, and love it, but the factory caulk on all the corners is shrinking and cracking leaving small gaps where water could get in. I'm relativly sure this would be covered under warraty but am considering just stripping it and doing it myself with a high quality caulk,,,
Anyone else have this issue

Hey there. I've checked out my roof recently and the caulking seems like a bit of a mess. I don't notice any major shrinking but it did seem like there was some small cracks/gaps that seemed like they were more surface given the thickness of the caulking. I haven't noticed any leakage in the ceiling. The roof does not look pretty and I'm pretty sure regular maintenance would be a good thing. If your roof is covered under warranty I would let your dealer have a look at it and advise. Good luck.

Hi camphappy;
the roof though a lil messy looks fine ,, I'm talking about the caulk that runs from the roof to the bottom edge of the trailer, each corner has a trim piece that is caulked on each side, that caulk is shrinking and separating,,,
