I'd read the rule of thumb on AH usage is to never go below half of the battery AH life. So in this case the battery life is 84AH's which means you should only use 42AHs before recharging. Taking it past this point shortens the life of the battery. Overcharging the battery can damage it also, which is where having a smart charging system helps to increase the life.
