Hey all just took out my newley purchased 16 bh loved it have to get used to the size though. Im going from a pop up to this. Heres my delima my dealer never showed me how to use the tt on battery power only.  All week end i was on shore power no problem but now that im home parked its to far to plug in to house. Ive got some cleaning to do to the inside but no lights or water pump. the trailer came with a battery so i assumed it would run on 12 volts. My previous pop up had a switch to change from 12 volt to shore power Cant find any info in the manuals. i will be boondocking occasionaly when fishing and other things i sure hope i can use 12 volts only thats one of the reason I bought it

I'm not the expert here … but from what I understand all the lights and the water pump run off 12V all the time. The shore power would just run the 110 V appliances. A/C; microwave and provide 110V power to the plugs.

PLUS, as I understand it, the shore power keeps the 12V battery charged.

I have the E14RB … there is no switch to change between shore and battery … at least not that I know of …

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I can chime in …

There is no switch, everything should work as it did with the shore power plugged in. Others on the forum have had a main fuse blow. The fuses are on the power converter. There is a switch near the fridge for the water pump. You might check to see if the battery is connected and connected with the correct polarity.

Maybe it wasn't the main fuse that blows. Check the one labeled battery. There is a post at the bottom of the repair and maintenance page titled power converter fuses.
