No problems…YET! Guess I assumed from what I've read herein that trouble may come if something isn't applied. Not true?
The only real problem / concern, I do have is we've used our hot water heater twice in our new 19SB. Each time, while heating water either initially @ setup, or after use, the alarm goes off repeatedly. Is this common during some period of initial break-in??

I'm assuming you are talking about the monitor alarm? No, that is not normal. Sounds like you need to get your hot water heater checked out.

I'm referring to the carbon monoxide alarm. It seems very sensitive. My wife was spraying some cleaner on the floor near the detector and it went off again. Anyone else experiencing this type of frequent alarm???

My house CO alarm (battery powered) came with a caution about using strong cleaners around the unit; the manual said that the detection component is very sensitive and can actually be ruined by the cleaners, rendering the alarm useless. That component can also deteriorate to uselessness over a 3 or 4 year period just from being in use.
That said, if the water heater is setting it off, I would have the dealer check all gas line connections and check the heater burner for proper function, as it is likely there is a problem.

Thanks for the put. I mis-spoke when I said it was the CO alarm, it's actually the LP alarm located near the floor, under the table.
