We were camping this weekend and discovered a water leak coming from under the bathroom wall next to the bathtub out in the main area towards the bunk.  Friday night we were using the fresh water tank because we were worried it might freeze overnight so didn't want to hook up the hose.

We had a small puddle Friday night, but blew it off – we thought we might have splashed water when were bleeding the air out of the water lines.

We had the water pump on all night Friday and most of the day Saturday – no more water.  Then Saturday afternoon we decided to go ahead and hook up since we didn't have to worry about freezing (it really didn't freeze, at least no hard freeze Friday night after all).  No problems when we went to bed before 9.

I woke up just before midnight having to go to the bathroom.  Put my foot down into a water puddle next to the bunk.  The water was in the same area as the night before but a much bigger leak.  So we had a leak at night both nights but none during the day Saturday.

I will be calling the dealership tomorrow.  We have had the trailer less than 3 months, so this should be a warranty issue.

Did you have the heater going when this happened? reason I am asking is because this summer when I ran the ac and it was so hot outside, condensation developed and made a puddle down by my cabinets. In my house here this winter when I have my heater on ,and its freezing temps outside,  the windows develop condensation on the inside that drip down on my window casings. I thought my puddle in my trailer was also a leak until I realized it was condensation puddling.

We had the ceramic heater going, not the furnace.  And I could see where it was coming under the bathroom wall, not on an outside wall.  We also had the ceiling vent cracked open just a tiny vent to minimize condensation issues.

Well the Land Dinghy is now at the dealer's awaiting repair.  They assured me that it would be warranty work – I hope so.

My driveway looks empty right now.

Dealer called and told me they had figured out the problem was water running down the outside of the tub and that they had put a diverter to divert the water back into the tub.  Only problem was we hadn't used the shower.  So back to the drawing board…  They called back later and found the leak between the pantry and the tub – a loose connection, which is what we thought it might be.

They want to keep it overnight to make sure the leak is fixed.

And DBF wants them to check the brakes – they were squealing coming home Sunday.

So, I probably will get the Land Dinghy back next week.

The Land Dinghy is home but we really haven't had a chance to check things out.  I'm pretty sure that we will want to fill the system up with water and check everything out before we get out on the road Christmas week.

It was indeed a loose connection between the pantry wall and the bathtub
