I have a foam topper over the cushions, and the topper holds my double fitted sheet. For the cushions themselves, I'm pretty sure a queen (60×80) will do, but I don't want to run out and measure mine right now so you might want to check yours with a measuring tape to make sure it isn't longer than 80″. Another alternative is to just use a flat sheet and tuck it in all around.

Our bunks have twin sheets. The size of the double bed in our 16bh is called a full XL, length of a queen & width of a full.

I use a queen for the dinette bed – but the fitted sheet has elastic all the way around. I got the sheets at Wal-Mart. For the bunk, twins will work with a little extra tucked in. Again, elastic on all four sides helps.
