I am just about to take delivery on a 14RB. I believe i recall reading here that people felt the 2 jacks included with the trailer were not sufficient. So I had it written into the deal that the dealer would provide 2 additional jacks. I assumed that they would be attached to the TT in some way, but they are now telling me this can't be done, and I will have to position them manually.
Could someone help me out with their experience, so I can know what to be asking the dealer to do? Thanks!

We have a couple of stand jacks that we put under the front of the trailer and I was glad to have them when a spring storm came through when we were camping in GA a few weeks ago. The trailer hardly even rocked.
That said, I would like to get the BAL jacks for the front of my 16BH – it would just be so much easier to lower them down than to get the stand jacks positioned and raised.

Thanks for comments, Kayaknut.
I passed your PDF along to dealer, who has promised to get the BAlL stabilizers for me.

We also started out with our 14RB with just the 2 back stabilizers which come with the trailer. After the first trip we went out and bought the old fashioned jack stands for the front corners. This made a huge difference. The trailer then was rock stable.
So for the next one (after the first one got totalled due to hail) we wanted to get the crank down BAL stabilizers on all 4 corners. The cost of the 2 extra ones was about $68, but they wanted $100 to do the install. At that I said I would shimmy myself up under there and drill the total of 6 holes in the frame and do it myself. Not complicated at all.
Maybe they initially said they couldn't do it if you were picking up on a Sat, because their service staff might not work on saturdays? Shouldn't matter since they could put them on before your pick up date. Hope they fix you up the right way.
Happy camping

We ordered the BAL jacks installed in the initial purchase of our 2010 14RK, $80.00 total, dealer installed. Two standard, four optional……either factory or the dealer can install, also.

Had 2 stabilizer jacks added to our 16bh this spring. They are mounted facing the front rather than to the side. Only taken it out once since that time, and we could not tell a difference inside. I could tell a big difference when I was outside & everyone was inside. Before, it really rocked when someone was inside.
I think the more we go this summer, I'll notice more stability while inside.
