Parts I used on our 2010 16bh were
1. 25 feet of coaxial cable, bought bulk at the hardware store for around 20 cents a foot. If I had it to do over again, I'd get 30 ft.
2. 4 male connectors & 1 double female splicer – hardware store, 2 or 3 dollars

The only drilling involved was a 1/4 inch hole in the wardrobe cabinet about 6 inches from the wall, just above the top bunk & below the countertop. Into this hole I inserted the double female connection. There is a small lip on the splice to hold it in place. I have a 3 foot cable for my TV that I can hook into this connection or into the antenna connection on the ceiling.
Second, I used 1 of the male connectors to start my cable & attached it to the female connection on the inside of the wardrobe. I stapled it to the back corner of the cabinet & ran the remainder under the wardrobe & through the wheel well area to the storage compartment. Once into the storage compartment, I keep it coiled up just inside the storage door on the metal wheel well when not in use.
Using 2 more male connections & the flat section, I placed the flat section so that I can close the storage door on it when in use. Then I just pulled it out under the trailer so that it comes out close to the water tank dump area. I wish I had 5 to 10 more feet since there have been a few times, the cable was a little short.
If that sounds hard, believe me, it was not. Having the cable hookup has been one of our favorite mods. Most CGs we use have cable & are remote enough to have very poor antenna reception.
My other idea was running the cable along the storage compartment above the door & drilling through the back of the storage compartment & placing an outside cable jack like this one -

I just was a little afraid to put any holes in the exterior, but that's just me.
