I am considering buying a cover for my 13fk. I was told by someone not to do this because they will hold moisture between the cover and the rv. Do any of you have experience with travel trailer covers?

I bought a tarp last fall. Afterwards I was then told that after a while, the tarp would rub the paint off. The TT must be completely covered and the tarp tied down so that no ropes would contact the paint. Hope that makes sense.
So on this advice, I did not use a cover over the winter. Last week I discovered that a limb has rubbed off a strip of paint near the top of the trailer

I had problems with my old trailer and the cover blowing in the wind. It does not take alot of movement from a cover or the tie down to remove paint or leave marks that will not come off.
If possible I will store my new trailer inside for the winter but I will never try a cover again.
Do you have room for one of those Carport Canopies.

2011 Sportsmen Classic 19 SBT. 2011 Ram 1500. Yes it has the hemi, no more towing issues for us. I wonder if Lewis and Clark had a Sportsmen classic and what they towed with.

I do have room for a carport and am considering doing that. I picked up my new tt and the dealer recomended using a breathable cover so as not to trap condensation. I am worried about rubbing off the paint though.

Hi, I'm the owner of a new 16BH sportsmen classic. We absolutley want to protect it somehow.
I'm considering buying a class B RV cover on ebay that has elastic….
Not sure what to do. Possibly a car port.

We store our 14RK at the Chippewa County, MN Fairgrounds' buildings for $100 / five months……they control the vermen. I remember storing a Mustang convertible for $150 / five months at the MN State Fairgrounds' buildings, when I lived in Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN……good cold storage.
