OK … being fairly new to this whole trailer ownership thing and all … question. I have the MAX II vent covers over my vents. Can I assume it is OK to leave the vents open with the vent covers??
I have left them open all season and so far no real issues that I am aware of … other than a little rain when it really rained hard. Like I mean really, really hard. And even with that not that much water on floor.
Just wondering.

Yes Karsty, it's ok to leave the vent lids open under the Maxx cover. I've driven through rain that way, no problems. However I will close them if I am going to travel down a dusty gravel road. The dust is getting into my trailer (from somewhere!!) even with the vents closed. But I figure it has to help to not have much air movement thru the trailer, so I close 'em.
