I really don't want to have to take it back to the dealer if it's something really simple to fix. As I am in South Texas, it's camping season for me. Other than this issue, the trailer is perfect for me. I'm towing with a Tahoe and barely know it's there.

I'm not sure if this will help but I'm told that these refrigerators need to be level to operate properly.

My freind actually keeps a small level in his unit just for this purpose. He levels his fridge rather than the whole trailer.
