I've been looking at the 2011 brochure and don't see a flip sofa bed option on anything escept the toy hauler. Am I missing something?
My wife would prefer the flip bed sofa versus the dinette bed.
Any suggestions or thoughts?

Haven't seen anything about the flip sofa even being an option in the Sportsmen Classic line. And I'm assuming you are talking about a jackknife type sofa rather than sofa bed. Having slept on a jackknife, you have that major indentation in the middle and is not that comfortable.

According to the 2011 Sportsmen Classic brochure posted in the links above, the 14FKTH offers the flip bed/sofa. My parents have had two 5th wheels with them in the living room. I've been sleeping on them for the last 15 years. I actually don't mind them at all.

The Beds in the 14fkth are not the type of beds you have in mind. They flip entirely up against the side walls so as to allow room for whatever toy you have. Motorcycle, etc.
That being said, the dinette in the 14fkth is unique in that it has a narrow self standing table that allows you to leave one side in bed form and the other in bench form. the bed is about twin size. This enables your better half to sleep in while you enjoy a cup of coffee and a bagel. A Very nice design.
