After many weeks of waiting for the build and shipping, we have our 16FKTH. So far so good. Had to drive down to Corpus Christi from Houston, luckily we are having some beautiful weather. We ordered it pretty much loaded (straight axle for an extra few inches of clearance). I think the only option we didn't get was the radio and additional stab jacks, which will definately be added.
The big test will come in a couple of weeks when we take her out loaded with our V Star 950.
I'll post some interior shots tomorrow.

Congratulations.
You did get everything, including the Jeff Gordon Nascar option.
Take that sticker off the spare tire thats a rookie racer mistake.

Great little unit. I have had my 16FKTH since March and have been camping in it several times. I hauled my dirt bike in the back and it stays put well. I found out it is hard to load the motorcycle up if you campsite is on an incline even with the drop down rear door. Helps to have another pusher from back. Have fun and enjoy it.

Some other thoughts…Gas mileage in heavy winds…terrible!!! I read up on it, but it was still sad to see. With my pop-up (weighing in at close to 3000lbs loaded up) I got arounf 15-17mpg depending in my speed. I would imagine at most, the KZ weighed 2400lbs with the full lp tank, battery and misc things we brought that will always be present. I got a low of 8.3 up to a high of 12.5mpg. I know there is a HUGE difference in the area that is now exposed to wind, so I guess it's just the price you have to pay.
Since the pics on the KZ website are way better than what I can take, here are a couple of random shots.
Leaving the dealership! WD hitch and air bags did their job very well.
Test fitting the Star 950. I'll install a wheel chock this week so it will stand upright when tied down.

A strong headwind will sure hit the MPGs hard, all right. About all you can do is keep the speed down to 60 or even 55, and try not to think about it when filling up.

Hi there, I am thinking of purchasing the 16FKTH but am concerned about the weight of my touring bike (approx. 800 lbs) in terms of counterbalancing the tongue weight of the trailer casing a safety problem. Your bike looks fairly heavy, do you have any advice to offer from your experience?
Thanks,
Murray

My bike isn't quite that heavy, but it's no slouch in the weight department. As long as the bulk of the weight (the engine) is close or right on top of the TT axle it should not aversley affect the load on the tongue. It's pretty spacious in there and you should have enough leeway forward/backward to make that adjustment.
I had that concern as well, and after speaking at length with a couple of folks at KZ's main office I felt it wouldn't be an issue, and it doesn't appear to be.
Here's a diagram that might help. You can use these measurement to see where the bulk of your bikes weight will rest when loaded.
