Hi All – Thought I'd let everyone know that you are now able to upload photos directly into your post. When creating your post, first click on the button that looks like a photo of a tree. Then click on the button to the right of 'Image URL" that looks like a magnifying glass. A new window will come up, from there select the Upload tab. Click browser to find the file on your computer that you want to upload. Click upload. Once the file has uploaded, click on the Browse tab and then click the image you just uploaded. Finally, click insert to insert the image into the post. It's cumbersome, but it does work! Hopefully, this will improve with future software releases.
I posted one of the Flick photos below as an example. A thumbnail is shown and when you click on it a larger image opens. Thanks!

Thankyou admin!! I was beginning to think this site was set up by someone then abandoned, Im so glad its not and that the admin has listened to our concerns and acted on them. We really do appreciate this forum and its wonderful to know that we arent on our own when problems or questions arise.. Im glad you explained the posting picture part in a post alot clearer and more precise than I did. Do you know why some of the posts were getting cut off by chance? Its a nice feature to finally have the most current posts at the first page, thankyou for adjusting that.Again, I as a Sportsmen classic owner I appreciate this forum and I sure we can keep it growing with everyones support

Greetings Kim! Our forums have definitely not been abondoned. My name is Corinne and I am the "offiicial" moderator, but between work and the new camper, there just hasn't been a lot of time for me to spend on the site. I saw the posts about some of the issues, so I asked our web developer (admin) to fix a couple of things and post instructions for the photo uploads. It is my understanding that it was a photo issue that caused the posts getting cut off. But I'm not very computer savvy, that's for sure!
I'm so happy to see the forums being used and have already found some helpful info. Welcome everyone! It's great to have a place to meet up with other Sportmen Classic owners!

Thankyou Corinne for making this forum and attending to our concerns. I know its not easy to have a life, work and do 10 other things at the same time, there should be more hours in the day!!! LOL This site has been a great hellp to me, not just for the useful information I can find on here but the feeling of community and pride in our Sportsmen If there is anything I can do to make this forum better or help with anything you might not have time for just let me know, I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep this forum alive and growing. I have also contacted KZ and told them about this forum, and inquired about some promotional items they might offer to us to spread the word about the classics. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon.Eventually I would like to have a sportsmen campout sponsored and promoted by KZ, anyways we can dream

This is basically a test to see if I can get a picture posted. The picture should be of my tow vehicle … trailer coming tomorrow …
2011 Toyota Sienna Limited W/O TT package. Without the package it has a towing capacity of 3500 lbs.
OK … so her goes.

Got to be honest … that was very confusing and not the easiest to post a picture. I suppose after doing it a few times it will come easier … there are much easier ways to post photos in forums.
The reason I'm saying it's not easy is because this picture is not from a web site … it is from my hard drive on my home computer. I belong to several FORUMS and it is much easier to post pictures on these sites than here. Once I get my trailer I will attempt to post more pictures and try and see what is happening.

Ok, I have to give it a try….
It works! But wow, what a lot of steps. Unless I did it pretty often, I'm pretty sure I would have to keep referring back to the instructions. Oh well, it's progress…

IF anyone can make posting pictures easier for us please feel free to post how to do it It would be great to have this one section strickly for pictures of our trailers and tow vehicles and camping set ups. Since no one has posted on the other picture site I tried to create im deleteing it. I would love to see more of us learn to post pictures here on this forum for others to enjoy.

THE NEW RIG
Here she is … 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited with the 2011 KZ Spree Escape E14RB. I had just picked her up and stopped down the road to take a picture.
Seems to handle OK … although I have nothing to really compare it to since I have never hauled a TT before. I managed to get her home and parked in the driveway with just inches to spare.
If our weather ever improves I will have a new concrete pad poured to park her on.

Thanks to everyone for your comments and congratulations. All I need now is some decent weather. We are still waking up to temperatures hovering around the freezing mark. Rain, rain and more rain.
I'm kind of hoping that we will get a decent spring before we slip into the hot, humid and hazy days of summer.
Since I travel alone I am thinking of converting the bed to a semi-permenant bed. Going to put a 4″ memory foam topper over the cushions for now. If that doesn't work for me I am going to a local mattress factory and have them make me one.
I have to admit that I NEED my creature comforts and sleep is definitely one of them.
Anyway … thanks again.

I'm thinking I may try an Aerobed next….we'll see. I'll be sure to post my findings!
Good luck!
Julie
Hi Julie:
I checked the Aerobeds on the Internet and it looks like a possible alternate. I may just go ahead and order one and give it a try.
Thanks for the tip.
