At a few different places we've camped, I've seen neat little signs with a bit of information about the RV owners. Well, I finally worked up to making our own, and thought I'd share. I'm a professional tinkerer, and thought this was a good enough excuse to finally buy the router kit for the Dremel. For a 'first try', I'm pleased. The size is about 12″ x 15″. I'm thinking I might do more for Christmas presents or something.

very nice. i smiled when you presented yourself as a professional tinkerer, i have explained myself away similarly. i have wondered sometimes that if we did a forum pole of some type how similar we would all be.
i have kicked the sign idea around, also a pvc solar light post with a hanging sign….. but the one that has to be taken care of this year or i will bust is, a custom spare tire cover. i have the design but have no idea how to have it put to canvas yet (that would not crack up in the sun). but thats what winters for (to figure out these things

Great sign, Great idea!!!! I was thinking on getting a small camping flag on ebay with our names on it, but now you've inspired me to make a sign instead Btw, Idaho is a beautiful , I have fond memories of camping there.
