I just have a question of curiosity. I was looking over our new 2011 19BH and noticed the refigerator vent is on the opposite side of the camper as the refgerator is. does anyone here have the same setup and does it work OK for you? We have not had a need to use the refrigerator since we bought in late Fall and won't really take it out on a trip until the Spring. This just seems to be an odd setup.

I have since figure out that the vent above my air conditioner is indeed for the air conditioner They have used the same hood that is normally used to vent a refigerator to sit above the air conditioner unit to let out some heat.

Don't you love the "duh" moments? I have several of those every day.

If you look carefully at the 19BH, the fridge has a lower and upper vent panels, nothing out the top of the roof. The Air Conditioner, being a window unit normally seen outside, need to vent both upward and outward, so quick solution by KZ was to install the refridgerator roof vent over the condenser part of the air conditioner to allow heat transfer and prevent water from entering the air conditioner compartment location.
