This weekend I took a drive up to a local campground to check it out with some camping friends and I saw a Sportsmen Classic camped. I believe it was a 14RB..It was at panther creek park in Morristown TN. Who ever the camper was, they had a marine flag flying. This is the only other time ive seen another sportmen classic camper in a campground, the first time was at melton hill campground near loudon tn as it was pulling out.. Has anyone else spotted a Sportsmen trailer either at a campground or going down the road? Hopefully someday we can have a Sportsmen campout with this group

Wow I thought I was the only one looking. My wife and I have done alot walking through each campground we stay at and since we bought the new trailer we have never caught a glance of the elusive classic.
We do see several of the large sportsmen models.
I may need to go back to the dealer to see another sportsmen classic.
Kinda like big foot, but I know the classic exist because I own one.

i saw a 19ft'r circling the campgrounds at fall creek falls in April, and several in a storage facility on the way in to Elgar Evian's state park last month. other than that, everywhere we go the order seems to be tents then pop-ups then us (and i mean just us) after that comes the condos and mansions on wheels.
Sometimes i see a casita, scamp, or a teardrop, even saw a really old scotty being pulled by a less than road worthy s-10 pickup. all these make me smile and look. i get so focused on the rig that i miss the faces of people pulling them but that's ok. As they say about those past," they are in a better place!" that is they are going camping.

This kinda counts as seeing one, they were on the road.
Last night my wife and I were crossing the Canadian border into the US (shopping) and saw three new sportsmen classics with the new red paint on a semi trailer heading into Canada. All three looked like different models from the 14 rb to the 19 sb. Somebody is getting a new toy just in time for summer camping!!!!

We took our little 16 BH to Baren River State Park in Kentucky this past weekend for a gethering with our Adult children and their families. There was a 19 footer in the park. We didn't see them. There was a big Glasgow Highland Games and Reunion there that weekend and we imagine they were part of that as we really never saw them at their RV.
We also are always on the lookout for the sportsmen classic's.

Found a sportsmen classic 16bh that has seen better days. Its for sale at an online auction.

I Don't expect to see many around here. Went to the License branch Wednesday to get plates for my new 13fk that I purchased in Michigan. They had to call Indianapolis because their was no listing for a KZ Sportsmen Classic. According to Indianapolis I am the first person in Indiana to purchase one in Indiana. My great claim to fame.

Saw one on Friday. They passed us going the other direction on 281 in Marble Falls, Texas. I waved frantically but don't know if they saw me. DH thought I had gone crazy. First one I've seen on the road. Have yet to see one at a campground.

Spotted a 14 RB at Wells SP in Wisconsin on June 10, Friday night. I believe their little family sign said the "Jernigans" license plate were from Michigan. They seemed all buttoned up for the night, so didn't get a chance to say hello.

Finally, I saw one at a camp ground. We were lucky enought to spot a Spree Escape 14rb at the Port Huron Michigan KOA this past weekend. I mentioned the forum to the owners and they sounded quit interested in learning more about their new trailer.

I had a 14RB and someone in the same campsite – international peacegardens ( ND/MB ) had a larger Sportsman. May have been one with a pop out bed.

On Wednesday, we took our new 19BH Spree Escape into Ketelsen Campers here in Denver for a few clarification questions, and we saw a smaller (probably 14 footer) headed east on I-70 towards town. Anyone from the forum?

Holy crap, what are people doing to these cute trailers, most are less than 2 years old! I do understand that accidents do happen. My own in point when I lost it to major hail damage and was totaled by insurance, then to auction.
I saw a 14 ft classic westbound 3 weeks ago Sunday evening around 8 pm on Hwy 10 between Appleton, WI and Stephen's Point. Belong to anyone here?

Another sportsmen that has seen better days. At the auction.
Looks like it lost a battle with a tree.
Not the trailer in the pictures above but when we were returning home from Tawas point State park we saw a classic in a driveway Friday on Hwy 23 south of Tawas Michigan. Belong to anyone here?
