I was wondering if anyone coulsd make a recommendation as to extra mirrors for when I am towing?

these trailers are only 7 ft wide and you should be able to see around them with stock mirrors.
BUT,, for $300+ you can get the very nice Ford extendable tow mirrors, or for about $75 you can get the mirrors that slip over the stock mirror which work fine
Most laws concerning mirrors only require that there be one on each side for towing and that they not be obstructed
