Towing a 14RB with a 2006 Nissan NISMO 4×4 Frontier V6 with Tow package. I use a sway bar also. Towed all last summer in the Idaho mountains with no problems.
last year towed the 2010 19BH with the '05 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD 4.8L V8 and my personal favorive, my '02 GMC Sierra 1500 4.3L V6 Regular Cab 8' bed 2WD.
This year I added to the fold, a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Z71 4WD Ext Cab 5.3L V8 pickup to tow with.
Still no Weight Distribution or Anti-Sway needed, and the re-mounted axle does not affect the towing stability at all.
Looking foreward to at least 3 trips this year, maybe more.
